Published Author Feedback Request Form

Congratulations again on being selected for publication on SPANK the CARP. If you'd like the editor to include a feedback form at the end of the page on which your piece will appear, click the Feed Me button below.

Cost is $5.00. The feedback form will remain on your page as long as it's posted.

A couple things to remember:

• You may or may not receive feedback. That's entirely up to readers.
• I can't refund your payment if you receive no feedback.
• Feedback is whatever a reader chooses to write. SPANK the CARP has no control over the feedback.
• The feedback form is being offered AFTER being accepted for publication. Choosing not to enable feedback has no bearing on your piece being published - it will be :)
  
• Your email address will not be available on the feedback form but will only be used on the server to send you feedback. If you want your email address available be sure to include it in the bio you provide the Editor.

NOTE: We process through PayPal which accepts all major credit cards. We absolutely DO NOT see any information other than your account name and an email address.  A PayPal account is not necessary for payment processing.
