on a hot summer night a young woman spoke wit me too in broken French she tell me her past I say okay she tell me her present I say okay again she tell me her dream Voila! I pinpoint zee north pole She tell me nother dream Voila! I pinpoint zee south pole mah little shu-shu she flip zee wig she say, Tony— why aow come ju know zee antipodes? because, I say, I chart zee zame course and I like ju very much av dreamed by the light of many far away moons while out to see John Califano lives in the once culturally stimulating City of New York where he contemplates his existence, and works helping at-risk parolees transition back into the workforce.
